If your item is lost or damaged in transit, you must contact your postal provider to obtain damages or refund. I'm sorry, i am not responsibel for lost or damaged items. Buyer is responsible for insurance costs. I pack all items very carefully and do my best to avoid damage.
However, some items can be damaged in transit through mishandling of the mail or shifting fo contents inside the package. Please rmeember this. If you are combining multiple wins and want combined shipping, please wait for me to send your invoice in order to get the combined shipping rate. Alaska and hawaii, your shipping costs may be higher please contact me for your shipping rate.
