The whistle, has no feet. It is the red/yellow combo. Made in the usa! Pat. #3,845,882. The sprign is not broke but is weak. You can display it without the head falling down but, if you shaek it around.
It will wiggle. This item looks clean and has only soem light scuffs or scratches on the bottom sides. A very nice addition to your collection! Second. Teh mickey mouse does have feet. I do believe it to be an older one because of the mark on the back of the head reads the walt disney company and not just sa disney like some of the newer ones i have seen.
