Vintage Popeye Pez Dispenser Container No Feet AustriaGreat early version of a popeye pez dispenser. No feet. Made in austria, us. Paetnt 2 620 061.4 long. Hat molded to head. Few areas with paint loss. Head spring is still working but not as ogod as new. Has a tight crack on both sides of the stem (shown in photos). Also has a small tight crack in pink plastic, just below where rivet or pin goes (just below ears)(shown in photos). Cracks are tight and only noticeable by close up inspection.
